The food is our passion. Together with our clients we create a memorable dish selection unique to the guests’ gourmet desires and the client’s budget. Please refer to our current and previous clients’ feedback and contact us to create your own unforgettable dish.

Serving or Delivery

Some items require on site staff- chef and or servers for last minute assembly, others can be delivered and served by the clients themselves. Please contact us so we can make the best choice based on your budget and food/ service selection.

Staff

For the events that need service staff we can suggest the type and the number of personnel suitable for your case. Our in-house staff consists of kitchen prep team, food and beverage servers, and bartender. As we employee our service staff we have a full control on the food preparation and the service completion.
Our florist will help you choose the floral decoration, purchase and prepare the centerpieces in unison with the atmosphere and the dish arrangements.
We offer our clients the great advantage of a Photographer as a staff member: trifotography.com, who can be booked at the time of the food arrangements.
Please make the liquor arrangement with our experienced and certified staff, whether we are only opening and serving the spirits you will purchase or purchasing it on your behalf.

Rentals

Urban Catering can coordinate all rental arrangements from linens to utensils. Please contact us to establish your rental needs.

Allergies

As we take full responsibility for our food freshness and quality we advise our clients to allow us to purchase and prepare all food served to not only have efficient event proceeding, but a safe one. For the same reasons, please let us know of any allergies.
