Chef Vera graduated in 1988 from the Technical School of Public Catering, following with a diploma from the Central School for Managers of Public Catering.
Her recent professional achievements include running successfully Urban Catering as of 2002, along with opening her own restaurant: “Acacia Fillo Bar” 1103 Denman Str., Vancouver BC in 2004 ( "Where to dine" Readers Choice Award - 2008; Best Bulgarian Banitsa from “West Coast”- 2006)

Catering Chef- “Chef’s Secret Service”, Vancouver BC
Head Baker- “Milina Bistro”, Sofia Bulgaria
Food Technologist- “Triaditza Ltd”, Sofia Bulgaria
Chef Ziggy has also graduated from the Central School of Public Catering and he proudly wears the title Chef Rotisseur, awarded by the Chaine des Rotisseurs in Paris in 1994.
His career successfully began as a Chef at “Grand Hotel Sofia” in Sofia Bulgaria and flourished through the hospitality field of Vancouver BC restaurants such as:

“The Box Tree”
Polina is currently working in an operations and service manager for Urban Catering while finishing her second Business Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing.
She has over 12 years of experience in the food and beverage industry,concentrated in restaurant service and supervising.
